Automated Powder Dosing System – SDB-1C
The SDB-1C is a compact, benchtop powder dosing system for highly precise and reproducible dosing. It combines fast volumetric dosing (2.5–3.5 seconds per portion) with maximum flexibility in gravimetric mode.
Thanks to interchangeable dosing heads, different powders and dosing quantities (from 2.5 mg to 8 g, depending on the material) can be processed without cross-contamination. All dosing data can be digitally recorded and transferred to a PC via SD card – ideal for quality management.
Operation is simple via a touchscreen panel, the system is easy to integrate into existing workflows and reduces monotonous, repetitive laboratory tasks.
