This 2014 chair appears to be in good shape except that it did not come with a foot control. Also available at $400 is the undamaged H series manual chair seen in pics 7 and 8.
I have yet to figure out how to raise and lower it without the remote control. It is priced accordingly. It is warrantied by us to be as it appears in the pictures. These chairs came with a 5 year warranty which may be transferable. If so the warranty expires in August 2019. Please check with the manufacturer using S/N CI-5009. The original purchaser was Alberta Health Services.
