Were offering a complete Mantis gas-phase nanoparticle generation system. We are the original owners and this system has only been used with non-toxic solid and gas sources. The complete system contains the following major subsystems/components, along with all associated power/control electronics:
- Nanogen50 MesoQ nanoparticle generation source: A DC magnetron sputter source on a linear translation stage, which holds either one 2 target or three independently-controllable 1 targets. Also has four process gas flow controllers, a MesoQ quadrupole mass filter, dry scroll roughing pump-backed turbo pump (V 301 AG), and hot cathode vacuum gauge.
- Nanoparticle deposition chamber: High vacuum stainless steel chamber connected to the nanoparticle source and glove box, with various-sized ports, viewing windows and viewing shutters. Also has one 2 DC magnetron sputtering gun on translating stage, a motor- rotated, linear translating substrate holder, high-vacuum gauges, a dry scroll-backed main chamber turbo pump (V 551), and a load-lock turbo pump (V 81 AG).
- A Pure Lab HE Two glove box system, PL-HE-2GB, connected to the main chamber load lock via a flanged port.
