One of the wheels on the unit's cart may be damaged, as it locks up a bit when in motion. Includes 2 batteries (2 total, one installed) for the Site-Rite IV unit (though they are aged and not guaranteed to remain working) and a charger for said batteries. One of the battery packs has a crack/break in the housing. Also includes a user manual for the Site-Rite IV and an anesthesia services emergency manual.
