The Zeiss Axioskop 20 is a high-quality, trinocular fluorescence microscope for demanding applications in biology, medicine, cell research and microbiology. It combines excellent optical performance with a robust design and is ideal for routine and research tasks in the laboratory.
Equipped with a trinocular tube for simultaneous observation and camera integration, the Axioskop 20 offers brilliant image quality in transmitted light and fluorescence methods. The system contains five high-quality Zeiss lenses (plan or achromat, depending on design) with magnifications of 5, 10, 20, 40 and 100 oil, as well as two fluorescent filter blocks (Filter 01 & 10) for typical excitation and emission spectra (e.g., DAPI, FITC, TRITC).
Thanks to its modular design, the device can be expanded flexibly (for example with camera, motorized stage or other filter blocks) and is compatible with a variety of accessories from the Zeiss Axioskop series.
