Location: This unit is located on our Newark Campus in New Jersey.

All hazardous materials will be removed by Rutgers prior to removal by the winning bidder. The winning

bidder will be responsible for the complete dismantling and removal of the items in this auction. Rutgers

University will not be held responsible for the working condition of the equipment listed above. The

winning bidder will provide all necessary payments, licenses. Safety Programs, OSHA compliance

programs, and insurance requirements upon project start date. Location to be left broom swept clean

after removal. The winning bidder is responsible for all personal contractors, subcontractors, equipment

fees, insurance, and permits necessary to complete this project. Rutgers University will be the sole judge

of whether a bidder is qualified for removal. The winning bidders will provide at least three references

of successful completion of similar work. Insurance requirements: Commercial General Liability with

minimum limits of $2,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. Business Automobile

Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit. Workers Compensation insurance

with Statutory Limits, including Employers Liability with minimum limits of $500,000. All coverages must

be primary and non-contributory. Rutgers to be named as Additional Insured on the CGL and Auto

policies.
