1. Overall Condition: Very good> Be sure to read working condition
2. Physical Condition: Both in nice condition> The one with the red tag has slight damage to the back side
3. Working Condition: Both power on> One unit works well> The other unit tries but has a hard time, says low battery, tag on unit also says Battery does not charge> everything else ins in working order
4. As a whole; the item has not been tested technically or professionally at our end- unable to test --- being sold AS IS!
