Varian Cary Eclipse spectrofluorimeter with a wavelength range of 200-900 nm and a scan speed of up to 24,000 nm/min. The wavelength reproducibility is +/-1.5 nm. This device has a xenon flash lamp and offers a spectral width for excitation of 1.5, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 nm and for emission also of 1 .5, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 nm.
