This listing is for one Instec mK2000 Precision Temperature Controller W/ TEC Wafer Hot/Cold Plate Chuck. Set-up was recently removed from larger custom assembly. Set comes as pictured with the mK2000 precision temperature controller, hot/cold plate integrated into larger wafer processing subassembly (can be easily removed for use elsewhere), the FVC11-2-G cooling unit, interconnect cable, and power supplies.
